A blend of herbs traditionally used during periods of reset and reconnection.
Thétox brings together a selection of roots and aromatic plants known for their place in traditional herbal practices. Slightly bitter, warming, and bright, it is designed to accompany intentional routines when you feel called to slow down and return to balance.
This blend is best enjoyed during short, intentional periods rather than as an everyday tea.
INGREDIENTS
Arctium lappa (burdock root), Taraxacum officinale (dandelion root), Rumex crispus (yellow dock root), Hibiscus sabdariffa (hibiscus), Zingiber officinale (ginger), Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass)

How to Use
Add 1 tbsp of herbs to 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15–20 minutes, covered. Strain and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Best enjoyed during the morning or early afternoon.
